From Wimbledon, South West London, in the midst of the British rock n roll scene of the 1960s, there was only one route Roland was destined to follow. Picking up the guitar at the age of 12, he was inspired by great artists such as The Beatles, The Who, Rolling Stones, Kinks, Bowie, Jam, Paul Weller, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan to name but a few. As a professional touring musician he developed a unique style of entertaining audiences, culminating in the founding of his band The Allbeats in 2005 in which he is the charismatic frontman.

With over 35 years of experience Roland has amassed a repertoire of over 2000 songs covering all genres including blues, jazz, pop, rock n roll, folk and country.

Known affectionately as the 'The Human Jukebox', he prides himself on truly authentic live performances without backing tracks or reading from lyric sheets. A truly versatile musician… challenge him to play your favourite song request!
